Division Four Champions (1990)

After decades of dropping and rising between Divisions Four and Three, the 1989/90 season was City's most triumphant campaign on the Fourth Division. Exeter were crowned Champions of Division Four with eighty-nine points from forty-six games. Almost twice as many goals were netted for City than were conceded throughout the season.

Meanwhile, Exeter's cup progression during the season was also very impressive, reaching the third round of the FA Cup, the fourth round of the League Cup and the Quarter Final of the Football League Associate Members' Cup.

The 1989/90 season really was an illustrious highlight of Exeter City's entire history.
