Lewis Wilson, a former student at St Luke’s in Exeter, was a trainee/scholar in the Exeter City academy between 2018 and 2020. He made one first-team appearance.

After signing a professional deal in 2020 Lewis made his first team debut on 17 October 2020 against West Bromwich Albion in the EFL Trophy. It proved to be his only first-team appearance and Lewis was released by the club in May 2021.

Lewis immediately signed for Bideford, where he had previously been on loan, and remained at the North Devon club in 2022/23 having had a short stint in-between at Willand Rovers in 2022. He moved on to Crediton United ahead of the 2023/24 season.
