Biographical Text

Brennan signed for Exeter City in January 2020 on a short term deal to the end of the season.

His career started with Dorchester Town. A product of the Southampton academy, Dickenson moved to Dorchester in 2011 where he’d feature 22 times in the Conference South – scoring on five occasions.

After a successful season, Dickenson was signed by Brighton & Hove Albion. He did not make a league apperance at Brighton.
He had loan spells with Chesterfield, AFC Wimbledon and Northampton before making Gillingham his permanent home in 2014, He spent two years at Priestfield Stadium, where he made 69 apperances scoring twice. before making the move to Colchester United in 2016, where he scored 15 goals in 85 apperances.

Brennan Dickenson moved to Milton Keynes on a free transfer, from Colchester in the Summer of 2019, where he made 7 more apperances.

He made his debut for Exeter City on the 19th of January 2020 in 1-0 win at Grimsby.

By the end of the curtailed 2019/20 season he had played 10 league games scoring twice, Brennan was released shortly after Exeter's defeat at Wembley in the play-off final in July 2020.
