Laste played on trial for Exeter City and played For the Grecians in Youth Alliance League game on the 4th of February 2012, against Bristol Rovers.
Born in Angola, he began his career with Tottenham Hotspur in 2011 as a youth player, in their Academy, he had a spell on loan at Bolton Wanderers whilst with Spurs.
He also played for Osterlunds IFK in Sweden
He played for Hayes & Yeading United, East Grinstead Town and Hendon returning to Hendon in the summer of 2018, whom he played for previously. He left Hendon soon after and signed for Maldon And Tiptree for the following season.
