Glen Humphries

Glenn was on trial at Exeter City in 1980/81, he played in 3-1 win against Plymouth Argyle in the Midweek Reserve League on the 13th of September 1980.

A Centre-half he was from Hull and had played  in the Northern Premier League.

Glenn was born in Hull on the 11 August 1964.

After his trial at Exeter he returned to Hull where he had been a youth player.

In 1982 he signed for Doncaster Rovers and was part of the Doncaster team that was promoted from the Fourth Division in 1983/84. He played 180 games for then before moving to Bristol City in 1987. He had had a loan spell at Lincoln earlier in 1987, playing 9 times for the Imps.

In 4 seasons at Bristol he played nearly 90 times before moving back up North to Scunthorpe in 1991, where he made a further 72 appearances. 

He then moved to play in the Hong Kong 1st Division with Golden in 1993, after two seasons he returned to his hometown club and made a further 12 appearances before signing for Gainsborough Trinity in 1996.
