Danni Skinner played in midfield for Exeter from 2016 to 2019. The midfielder who turned 17 just after signing for Exeter Ladies in August 2016, started playing football when she was five at her local sports centre with Chris Webster, before going on to play for her local boys team at Feniton FC where she played Under-8s and went through to Under 10s.

Danni then got picked up by the Devon and Somerset Centres of Excellence and two years ago she joined Yeovil Town. However now she has signed for Exeter City something which she is very happy about.

“I am really pleased to have signed for Exeter City for this coming season. It’s a great set up and it’s a fresh team that I am looking forward to being a part of.

Danni added: “This is a great opportunity for me and we have got everything to play for this season so it will be interesting to see how we get on.”

Danni played for, and help coach the Development squad (Exeter City WFC reserves) in 2022/23.
