Cousins, Bronwyn

Bronwyn joined Exeter City in 2016/17 having previously played for Crediton Saints Tedburn and Devon. She says playing for the team last season helped her progress as a player and says the highlight was doing a "Cruyff turn" in one match.

Bronwyn is described by her teammates and coaches, as the joker of the squad who always turns up to training smiling and full of energy. She can play at left-back or right- back and started playing football in primary school Bronwyn says her little sister and uncle had the biggest influences on her football career as they encouraged her to take up the sport Her footballing ambition is to study coaching and play football in America.

Bronwyn played 7 times for Exeter in 2016/17 and made 13 appearances in 2017/18 as a defender.

Bronwyn returned to play for Exeter's development team in 2021/22, and at the end of the season was the "Player's Player of the Year 2021/2022" for the development squad. "So well deserved for Bron. Bronwyn started 2023/24 as Captain Exeter Women Reserve Team.
