Sian moved to Exeter in August 2018, from Torquay United, where she had been captain and a prolific scorer. 

In her first season she scored 16 goals in 18 games. This included 2 goals in the opening league games of the season on the 9th of September 2018 in a South West Women’s Football League Premier Division fixture, two weeks later, Sian scored a hatrick in an 8-1 cup win. 

In her first season and as Captain Sian helped Exeter Win promotion to the SWFL Premier Division.

In the curtailed 2019/20 season she played 4 games before the season ended due the corona virus pandemic.

After leaving Exeter, Sian played for Ilminster Town and resignedthem for them in 2021/22 season.
