Kelsey played five games and scored three goals for the development squad in the Devon Womens Football League Division 1 in the curtailed 2019/20 season.

She played in the opening three games at the start of the 2020/21 season for Exeter City 2nd's in the Devon Women's Football League Division 1, scoring twice.
