Paul Drury played in goal against Millwall on the 10th of November 1981, in a London Midweek Reserve League game.
The Sunday Independant of the same date reported his signing as follows 

"Seventeen year old Yorkshire born Paul Drury - emigrated with his family to the Antipodes about ten years ago and asked Exeter for a trial while he's back in England. Drury was injured in an Exeter midweek game at Trowbridge but shaped up well by all accounts. He's 6 feet 3 inches tall."
