City fan and maintenance volunteer Alan Hartshorn shares his memories at the club, including why he began volunteering and coming to matches, the tasks he has undertaken such as revitalising the famously unimpressive toilets, and his favourite match, in which City scored twice against Plymouth.

He also talks about the stands at St James' Park, including the stellar craftsmanship behind the old Grandstand and its unique character and family feel.
