Exeter City v 111th Battery

Exeter City played their last Senior League match of the season today at St James's Park, where they beat the 111th Battery by a goal, scored by Andrews, to nil, and in doing so made their position at the top of the League secure. Sturge, the brilliant Exmouth United custodian, played in goal for the City, the team being composed, in the remainder, as follows: Horner and Fenwick, backs; Wallage, Davidson, Morgan, half-backs; Sellick, Thomas, Reid, Andrews, Russell, forwards.
