Semi-Final East Devon Challenge Cup

Although Exeter City fielded their senior eleven today, in the semi-final of the East Devon Challenge Cup at the St Luke's College ground, Magdalen Road, they were beaten by the United Batteries to the tune of three goals to one. The City led at the interval by a goal to nil, and the goals against them were all scored in the second half.

Exeter City team:- Sturge; W.Wells, and Fenwick; Morgan, Brooks and Davidson; Sellick, Thomas, Andrews, Russell, and Reid.
