Friernhay (h)
Friendly
EXETER CITY V FRIERNHAY.
Saturday, April 13th,
at St James's Park.
Friendly
Result: Exeter City 2 Friernhay 0.
It was a fairly good game, but considering it was only a "friendly," local rivalry ran too high among the players, and fouls and doubtful tactics were a little too frequent. Friernhay did well to keep the margin of the City's victory to two goals. Their forwards were weak in front of goal. The City's scorers were Pryce and Wells.
