EXETER CITY V. PLYMPTON

Saturday, November 16th, at St James's Park, Exeter.

This was the best game played at St James's Park this season, and the City, who won by two goals to one, fully deserved their success. Two goals, by Drew and Eveleigh, gave Exeter a commanding lead with the game less than thirty minutes old, and although Plympton reduced their deficit in the second half they were never in the hunt.

Exeter City:- W.Wells; Fenwick, Dyer; Letheren, Bastin, Warner; Sellick, Singlehurst, Eveleigh, Drew, and Clark.

Exmouth United v City Reserves
Exeter Reserves played a drawn match with Exmouth United, 1 goal each.
