Exeter City Reserves v Guildford 

CITY RESERVES COMPLETE A DOUBLE

Exeter City Reserves, unbeaten in their last eight matches, won again today and finished up five goals to the good versus Guildford. They had previously won at Guildford, 1-0 on September 21st.

City Reserves:- Bell; Packer, Bowkett; Waterman, Harvey, Cleverly; Wilson, Hill, Beer, Grinney, Dale.

Guildford:- Dore; Grout, Donaghy; Beale, Carragher, Pashley; Pearson, Clark, Asher, Edwards, Tout.

Exeter appealed unsuccessfully for a penalty when in the fifth minute Wilson was brought down, but fifteen minutes later they did get one when Dale was similarly treated, and Harvey made no mistake from the spot. Wilson added to the score before the interval and in the last 15 minutes Dale, Hill, and Grinney each got a goal.
