Latto, Ocean

Ocean Latto joined Exeter WFC in July 2022 from Torquay. In 2021/22 she scored 2 goals in 22 appearances in all competitions for them. Ocean was described as "one to watch" by Torquay coach, Danni Wyatt in 2021.

From the Exeter website
"Abbie Britton and Aaron Wakley completed the first addition to their squad for 2022/23 with the signing of 17-year-old Ocean Latto from Torquay Untied.

A key member of the Exeter College Women's Team, Ocean was voted Young Player of the Year for the Gulls last season. Impressing in the County Cup Final, and with a full season of Senior football now aiding her development, Ocean joins the Grecians to offer competition on the left side of defence and midfield.

City's Management duo are pleased to secure the signing of a player they know well. “Ocean has excelled for the College team, she works hard and has a strong work ethic. It will be a challenge for her to make the step up but the fact she wants to test herself is a big positive. We are looking forward to working with her this season.”

Torquay United LFC made the following announcement on the 16th August 2022.
