Emma joined Exeter WFC in July 2022.

From the club website 

"Emma Hunt returns to Exeter after previously playing for the Girls Development Centre for four years. At sixteen she departed to Torquay United and was ever present for the Gulls last term.

Captaining her team to County Cup victory over the Grecians, Hunt was also recognised with the Manager's Player of the Year award. The young defender now looks to make the next step in her career by playing at National League level.

City's joint manager Abbie Britton is delighted to secure the signing of one of the team's Summer targets. "Emma is a young defender who we are pleased to see back in Red and White. She's very strong, has great tenacity and a desire to win the ball back at every opportunity. We are excited to see what she will learn from the other experienced defenders. One for the future of this club for sure."

Emma made her debut for Exeter CIty WFC on the 21st August 2022 against Keynsham Town as a second half substitute.

On the 2nd September 2022, Torquay United WFC were
"Delighted to announce that one of our successful defenders and captain from last season has come home!!.Emma Hunt has returned to the yellow family after a brief signing for Exeter City Women this season. Emma led from the front in 21-22 with a strong and commanding style and we our so excited about her return for 22/23"
