Emily Eaton joins after spending the majority of last season at Plymouth Argyle. The versatile midfielder played nineteen games, scoring in victories at Keynsham and Cardiff. Eaton had previously played for Marine Academy, where she featured alongside City's Anthea Kaptein and Jaydee Seaman.

 

Abbie Britton has been encouraged by the quality Eaton has shown in pre season. "Emily proved herself as a player in the league above last year, but she probably didn’t get as many minutes as she hoped, so has a point to prove this year. She is a player who knows where the back of the net is, with great ability to run with the ball and frightening pace. Myself and Aaron have been delighted with what we’ve seen in training so far, we are really excited about seeing Emily progress with us this season."

Emily made her debut for Exeter CIty WFC on the 21st August 2022 against Keynsham Town as a second half substitute. At the end of the season she joined Torquay Women.
