Andrew Sowden
Born Plymouth 2005.
Andrew Sowden played in goal for the Under-18s in the EFL Youth Alliance as a scholar between 2021 and 2023. He was on the bench when City lost to Bideford on penalties in the final of the Devon St Luke’s Bowl in May 2022. During his time with the club he was often understudy to Harry Lee who was in the same age group.
After appearing against Plymouth Parkway in the Devon St Luke's Cup early in 2022/23, he joined the Southern League club on an emergency loan in March 2023 before his releae by City in May 2023. Receiving an offer to study physiotherapy at Plymouth Marjon University, Andy joined Exmouth Town ahead of the 2023/24 season before later registering with St Blazey and signing once more for Plymouth Parkway during the autumn of 2024.
