MATCH REPORT

FROME 2 V EXETER 4 (LEAGUE)

With injuries hitting us hard for this game we travelled away to Frome with what we expected to be a hard match for us. We were right in the that respect we had, as we call it an off game. We were unable to put our game into consistant football, we struggled to get off the mark. However patchy we did put some impressive moves together, and some of our flowing movements came together. game, 
Sarah Pollard has joined us, and settled in well in the middle of mid-field, even carrying an injury, she played simple football and this impressed upon the team. Bridget put us ahead but a penalty was awarded to Frome and they drew level, and this how the half ended.

The second half proved no better for us and we still could not get our game sorted out, however a hard low cross from Julie T. was put into the net by one of Frome's defender's and then Annie pushed us further ahead with a brave header. Frome pulled a goal back again from the penalty spot (after alot of mind changing by the referee). Julie T. scored a fine goal and sealed victory for us, for the second week in a row.
