This fine result took us a step nearer to our League challenge.
We were expecting a much tougher game than this, but Cope Chat suffered late team changes at the last moment and several of their players were a little unexperienced and we took full advantage of this. The game became one sided and once we broke the 0-0 score line we soon took control and made some fine footballing moves.
All credit to Cope Chat, who kept their heads up and never gave up. Our team relaxed and up dominated the match, and we were able to give our subs a runout, which is always nice.
The scorers were Annie 4. Sarah 3, Bridget 2. Penny 2, Mandy L 1, Shelley 1 and Jackie 1.
