After our defeat last week we had to lift ourselves for this our first home game for over eight weeks. It was lovely to play at Wyvern again and we began the game fairly strongly by winning the ball in close situations.

The opening goal came from our leading scorer Annie, Frome then pulled back with a good high dipping shot. A move on the left lead to our second goal with Penny passing Frome's defence slotting the ball nicely into the top left and hand corner. With a bad kick taking Mandy off the pitch, pressure from Frome paid off just before half time with a questionable penalty given against us, which they made no mistake in scoring from.

Two all at half time made a good setting for the second half. But we went out with good intention and it paid off. We had most of the play and Frome were caught several times by our quick passing. We scored with goals from Ju C, Ju T, and a good solo effort from Sarah to end the match nicely for us with two good points.
