Firstly I must thank Sue Caley's dad Len, for stepping in at such short notice to ferry the girls up to Wokingham. We could'nt have gone if it wasn't for him.

We made good time only to be delayed by the home side. The first game got under way Sue and Diane were selected to play against the Greater London League. With a very mixed team and not having played together this season, it took them time to settle down, and where 1-0 down early on.

This did not deter them and they soon settled down to play. With a spirited fight back and against the run of play they went farther behind, and  that is how it ended.
