EXETER WIN AND DRAW

Exeter Ladies F.C. had a fruitful weekend with a win and a draw against two touring sides in their build up to the start of the Women's Western League season next Sunday.

On Saturday evening they beat Reigate 3-1 with goals from Penny Wilson, Bridget Thomas and Julie Costello.

They were held to a 2-2 draw on Sunday afternoon by Birmingham Thistles. Julie Costello, with another well-taken free-kick, and Jackie Kernick were the scorers.
