Ladies Seek Revenge

Exeter Ladies F.C. have a Women's Western League match tomorrow against Newport at Wyvern Batracks (k.o. 2.30). Exeter are in need of a league boost after a poor start to the season but Newport are unlikely to prove easy meat. The Welsh side have already knocked Exeter out of a league cup competition

this season.

Exeter Ladies' F.C. picked up their second Women's Western League win of the season with a convincing 7-0 victory over Newport. Bridget Thomas, last season's top scorer, found the goal touch again with a hat- trick. The hard-working Penny Wilson hit two and Denise Upham and Jackie Kernick scored one apiece.
