Exeter Ladies' F.C. are through to the semi-finals of the Women's Western League Pat Sowden Cup after a fine 6-1 win over Newport at Wyvern Bar- racks, Exeter, yesterday.

Bridget Thomas hit top form to score five times and Denise Upham hit their other goal.
