Matthew Gill grabbed the only goal as Exeter boosted their play-off chances with victory over Kidderminster.
Gill shot into the top corner from 12 yards after 58 minutes following good work by Matthew Gill.
Darryl Knights went closest to an equaliser in stoppage time but he shot wide after Iyseden Christie saw his effort saved by keeper Andy Marriott.
Christie also sent a lob narrowly over while Wayne Carlisle's volley was narrowly off target for the hosts.
