BBC match report –
A brace from Daniel Nardiello gave struggling Exeter all three points against Rochdale.
The Dale dominated in the first-half and loanee Nathan Eccleston put them ahead on his debut after Ashley Grimes capitalised on Steve Tully's error.
The hosts levelled when Nardiello poked David Noble's deflected shot home.
Nardiello notched his second from the spot after Jake Taylor was hauled down and Taylor sealed the win with a powerful drive from a tight angle.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Exeter City boss Paul Tisdale told BBC Radio Devon:
"Somehow we managed to go in at 1-1, that gave us something to go at in the second-half.
"I have to say I was so proud of our supporters today, what a response from them.
"We turned the game around today, now we have to turn our form around."
Rochdale manager Steve Eyre told BBC Radio Manchester:
"As a manager we'll always try and take the brunt of criticism, but today, for the first time this season we feel a little bit let down by our defending.
"Disappointed is normally the feeling when you lose a football match but I'm borderline fuming today.
"He (Nathan Eccleston) was in a fantastic position to score his goal and he'll only get better from this."
