BBC match report –
Exeter ended a run of three consecutive draws in League One with a comfortable victory against Tranmere.
Youngster Scot Bennett scored his first professional goal, a powerful effort from 12 yards out, to give the home side a 1-0 lead at half time.
Defender Danny Coles turned in debutant Chris Hackett's cross from close range to claim his first goal for the Grecians and double the advantage.
Richard Logan ran through on goal to add a late third for Exeter.

Exeter manager Paul Tisdale told BBC Radio Devon:
"I didn't know the team until we arrived today, we just had a simple game plan and they were terrifically motivated.
"The biggest asset we had today is that the players listened and did exactly what they were asked to do. It was a simple set of directives but they did very well.
"Both wingers were exceptional"
