BBC match Report –
Alan Gow's double helped Exeter beat Walsall to keep their slim hopes of League One survival alive.
Alex Nicholls curled in the Saddlers' first before Daniel Nardiello's close-range header levelled for the hosts.
Florent Cuvelier restored the visitors' lead, but the momentum turned when Alan Gow chipped home for the Grecians soon after Walsall's Manny Smith saw red.
Gow grabbed his second from deep inside the box before Liam Sercombe slotted home to complete the hosts' turnaround.
The game could have been very different had Cuvelier's cracking effort early in the first half not hit both posts and bounced clear of the goal.
But, following Smith's sending off, Exeter could have grabbed more themselves had it not been for visiting goalkeeper David Grof, who pulled off a number of fine saves throughout the afternoon.
Victory for Exeter means they lie five points behind 20th-placed Walsall with only two games left.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale told BBC Radio Devon:
"I did think we came out after half time better. I think we deserved the win.
"Over the last three games we've been excellent. We've scored nine goals in three games. It's a little too late in the season.
"It's the first time for a long time I've had a steady midfield four to work with and Alan Gow has made a big difference.
"It's the first player that has been sent off against us in the league in 115 games. It's about time something went our way."
