BBC Match report –
Exeter clinched a second successive promotion as they won at Rotherham to earn a place in League One.
Substitute Richard Logan scored the only goal, when he rose at the far post to head home a Rob Edwards cross.
The Millers almost scored first, Drewe Broughton lofting over Paul Jones, only for Troy Archibald-Henville to clear.
Rotherham's Dale Tonge was dismissed for a trip late on and although Stuart Fleetwood missed the resulting penalty, the visiting supporters left happy.
There appeared to be some nerves for the Grecians, with their finishing all awry at times - particularly in the first half.
Fleetwood completely missed his shot from eight yards out, before Matt Taylor headed straight at Andy Warrington and then Fleetwood fired over the top from Bertie Cozic's pass.
Just before the break, Exeter keeper Jones had to be on his mettle, getting a hand to the ball to tip it onto the bar and away for a corner.
But the Grecians got the vital goal on 70 minutes, and could have made certain of the win five minutes later when Tonge was sent off for a trip on Craig McAllister, only for Fleetwood's spot kick to be brilliantly saved by Warrington.
