BBC match report

Two goals in two minutes by Keith Gilroy and Shaun Harrad saw Nigel Clough's Burton claim a deserved win - their first at home in seven games.

Chris Hall was twice denied by Exeter keeper Paul Jones early on and Harrad hit the bar from close range.

The pressure told after 62 minutes when Darren Timson teed up Gilroy who scored from 12 yards and seconds later Harrad headed the second from Gilroy's cross.

The Grecians' best chance saw Craig Farrell denied by keeper Saul Deeney.
