Two goals in the last six minutes saw Canvey Island and Exeter share the spoils in a draw.

With six minutes left Billy Jones looked to have won it for Exeter when he converted Matthew Gill's cross.

But 14 seconds into stoppage time Lee Boylan fired a right-foot shot past Martin Rice for his 11th goal of the season, earning Canvey a point.

The result was harsh on Exeter, who posed more threat and also saw Craig Farrell hit the post with a header.
