EXETER LATE-LATE STARTERS

Exeter City arrived late for their match at Orient and are liable to a fine by the Football League. Referee Brian Hill directed that the kick-off be delayed for 15 minutes.

ORIENT'S visitors EXETER CITY arrived at Brisbane Road just 15 minutes before the kick-off due to traffic problems. The O's pounced quickly through Tommy Cunningham and Andy Sussex. But then they eased off and allowed Exeter to equalise.
