Misery for Miller as Swans win

Swansea 1 Exeter 0

THE Swans emerged worthy winners-but owed their victory to a clanger by Exeter keeper Kevin Miller. John Williams punished Miller in the sixth minute after he failed to punch clear a cross from Andrew Legg's corner. The impressive Williams only had to head the ball home inte an empty net. Exeter rallied, with Steve Williams chipping Swans keeper Roger Freestone, but his shot was well wide. Steve Moran worked hard up front for Exeter but couldn't breach the home defence.  With Reuben Agboola orchestrating a solid defence and Russell Coughlin running the show in midfield Swansea should have moved further ahead. Willams hit a magnificent low shot which Miller did well to save.

The win puts the Swans in confident mood for their FA Cup sesond round replay olash with Frater next Tuesday.
