Bournemouth 3-0 Exeter 

Buoyant BOURNEMOUTH celebrated, their fourth successive League win with a spectacular attacking display, which featured outstanding performances from Paul Wood and Jimmy Quinn.

Quinn put the Cherries ahead with a 30th-minute penalty after Efan Ekoku had been floored by Exeter defender Scott Daniels. The Northern Ireland international got his 21st goal of the season in the 66th minute when he was on target with a rocket of a shot from 27 yards. Exeter never really got a look-in, and Bournemouth sealed victory with a 77th-minute strike from Paul Morrell.
