Biographical Text

Tudor Edwards played three times for Exeter City in 1928 having joined from Aberdare Athletic.

Tudor played 15 times and scored twice for Aberdare Athletic, his local team, in the 1926/27 campaign which proved to be the club’s last season in the Football League before losing its place to Torquay United.

Remaining with what became Aberdare and Aberaman Athletic in the Southern League, he was to sign for Exeter City in the second half of the subsequent season and made an immediate debut against Brentford at St James’ Park on 18 February 1928. Playing in the next two games against Luton Town and Watford, Tudor only ever finished on the losing side for City and never appeared in the first-team again.
