This game was won and lost in the opening 45 minutes as Chester, ona very heavy pitch, looked very bit like a promotion outfit and went into a 2- 0 lead with goals from Rimmer and Noteman City's reply came late in the second half when Micky Ross met a cross from substitute Leon Brathwaite
