BBC match report –

Justin Walker went from hero to villain as Exeter were held by visiting Rochdale.

Walker gave the hosts the lead from the penalty spot but then gifted Rochdale the equaliser when he felled Chris Beech in the area.

In the 15th minute, Lee Andrews was penalised for shirt-tugging and Walker stepped up to slot home from the spot.

Rochdale had offered little as an attacking force but they drew level in the 30th minute.

Walker was ajudged to have fouled Beech and Paul Connor made no mistake from the spot.
