Michael Twiss's late penalty gave Morecambe a deserved point.

Lee Phillips put Exeter ahead after 40 minutes from Chris Todd's cross, but Danny Carlton equalised from Garry Thompson's pass right on half-time.

Alex Jeannin looked to have given the Grecians victory with a strike from the edge of the area after 53 minutes.

But Twiss snatched a point from the spot with three minutes left after he was fouled by Chris Todd, rewarding Morecambe for their pressure.
