Born Exeter 2004.
Harvey was a substitute for the Exeter City team that lost on penalties to Bideford in the final of the Devon St Luke’s Bowl in May 2022. He had previously been a substitute in an earlier round against Honiton Town in November 2021.
In 2022/23 he was playing for Crediton United in the SW Peninsula League and was also registered to play for Exmouth Town in the Southern League. Remaining at Lords Meadow the following season, Harvey scored twice in Crediton's 3-2 win over City in the Devon St Luke's Bowl in September 2023 before following joint managers Ben Watson and Jack Furzer to Barnstaple Town shortly afterwards.
By the start of 2024/25 Harvey was playing for Willand Rovers in the Southern League.
