2008/09

2008/09 Review 

Steve Tully's first season in charge lead the team to promotion to the the Westward Developments Premier League. 

In their final game league game on the 15th February 2009 against Exeter Phoenix FC  Exeter City took the league title with a 12-2 win and maintained their unbeaten record for the season!
At the end of the season the team said the following! 

The ladies team would like to thank:-

We would also like to make a few individual acknowledgements to Julian Tagg for his assistance the scenes and for his presence/support at several of our home games, Marc Astley for the recent press coverage in the Express & Echo, the Kellows Bootlaces team for their coverage of our final game, Andy Gillard and Mike Blackstone for publicising the team, and finally, to Steve Tully for giving up his free time to step in to manage and coach the team this season and for putting up with us!"
