Top of the table Exeter City Ladies will be travelling tomorrow (May 9th 2009) to Plymouth to face Lipson United Ladies. Kick off is 3pm against the mid-table side. The address is Tothill Enclosure, Lanhydrock Road, Plymouth.

This is looking to be a really good game, so Steve Tully and the Ladies would love to see as many people there as possible. The Ladies are so far unbeaten all season and with three games remaining are looking to go the whole season unbeaten.

Kellie Hall, captain of the Ladies told the Exeter City FC Official Site her thoughts on the season so far. "This season has been a great success for all at Exeter City ," she said: "We go into this game on Sunday on a high. We had a great result against Exmouth and wish to carry it on with another great performance. "We all know that we need one win from our remaining three fixtures to gain promotion to the South West Womens Football League Western Division 1 and we plan to do it Sunday. "We have gained a few players this season which has helped a lot, and three of them have come from the Centre of Excellence. Steve has put a lot of effort in this season on ensuring we get promoted and do well as a squad."

Steve Tully, manager of the Ladies, added: "If we win Sunday this will be the first time the Ladies will have got back to back promotions in the club's history. "Also it will be a credit to the girls to go undefeated this season. We don't want to just win Sunday but also the two last games. We all really appreciate the support we've had this season."
