Elmore Eagles L F C 10 Although facing strong opposition Clevedon contributed greatly to their own demise by appearing to show little interest in proceedings for most of the game. Elmore missed a penalty after ten minutes but soon went ahead and from that point it was pretty one sided. Joy Fursman and Liz Jordan both went close, Mandy Bisp and Liz had shots well saved and the side showed occasional flashes of good play but the visitors had reached double figures by the time the lively Karen Manson just clipped the bar with a 25 yard free kick ten minutes from time.
