Frank 'Percy' Hill played for Exeter City in the early 1920s. He joined the club from Luton Town and later played for Torquay United.
Percy was playing for Luton Clarence in the Athenian League when he joined Luton Town in December 1919 for whom he had 19 league outings over the next season-and-a-half.
Moving to Exeter City in May 1921, Percy was described as 'a sturdy, dashing inside forward, with clever feet and with a good shot in his locker’ and was given his Grecians’ debut in a 1-1 draw at Swindon Town in October 1921. Making fourteen league appearances - mainly during the middle part of the season - Percy scored twice in the league for Exeter City before leaving for Torquay United in September 1922 and later appearing for Chatham.
Percy died in 1991.
