Exeter played Plymouth Argyle in a testimonial for Digger Ebdon and Jack Angus.

City's home game against Crewe was postponed due to fog, The visitors stayed overnight and the game was played 24 hrs later. Crewe won 1-0 !

Ray Pratt makes his city delut in a 1-0 defeat away at Blackpool
