Exeter played Millwall at the Den, The City team left St. David's at Ten-fifteen this morning, and arrived at Paddington at one-thirty. From there they proceeded to New Cross Station, followed by a walk of nearly a mile to the Den, the name by which the Millwall ground is known. (Exeter lost 3-1) 

1959
City keeper George Hunter suffers a broken leg in the 3-4 defeat at Home to Port Vale. He was replaced by John Lobbett. City went on to win only 4 of their remaining 10 league games, missing out on promotion by one point.

1981
Exeter Ladies beat Kingsteignton at home by 6 goals to 1. The goals were scored by Shelly Trace 2, Julie Trott, Bridget Thomas 2 and Debbie Turner.

1982 
Exeter drew 2-2 at Swindon.

1990 
Exeter beat Scunthorpe 1-0 at home with a goal by Shaun Taylor.
