Aylesbury United Ladies FC was re-established in 2002 as the ladies team of Aylesbury United, following the demise of Berkhamsted Ladies, after a number of years without a team.

The side struggled during its’ first season in the South West Combination and were relegated but the team showed tremendous spirit and refused to give in despite losing heavily every game.

The following season the club established itself in the Southern Region Premier Division and were runners up in the League Plate Final.
