Amy Salter started 2023/24 in the Exeter Women Reserve Team, having previously played for Feniton and Ilminster. After playing 7 games for Exeter Reserves at the start of 23/24, Amy joined Torquay WFC, in January 2024, after playing 2 games, the Torquay Weekly reported:- 
"The sad theme of injuries has extended to Torquay United Women, with Amy Salter confirmed as the fourth ACL victim in the past nine months ahead of the trip to Keynsham Town."
